Location: One block south of the Hall on the opposite side of the street.
Capacity: 350 people
Approx. 53 tables (8’) • Hall size 50’ x 99’
Commercial kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans included (approx. 500 dishes).
Alcohol and Bartenders
Bartenders must be provided if alcohol will be served. No bartenders – no alcohol.
At least two bartenders are required for every event. If more than 300 guests are expected, a third bartender is required.
No exceptions to these conditions.
The lessee must extend their Host Liquor Liability Insurance under their homeowner’s policy to cover the event and provide proof of coverage when submitting rent to the leasing agent.

Rental Payment and Refund Policy
Hall reservations and rental fees must be sent to the leasing agent along with the signed lease.
Rental fees are due no later than two weeks prior to the event.
Hall reserve and rental fees are non-refundable once paid.
Key Pickup and Cleanup
- If renting Friday and Saturday, the Hall must be cleaned and keys returned by noon Sunday.
- Saturday rentals include Friday access after 6:30 a.m.
- Extra decoration/setup time on Thursday requires an additional rental fee
- Keys must be returned to the leasing agent by noon Sunday, unless an additional fee is paid to extend until 6:00 p.m.
- Please call at least two days in advance to confirm key pickup or special times.

Resident Eligibility
To qualify for resident rates, you must be a Stronach Township resident for at least six months.
Residents may rent the hall for themselves or immediate family (spouse, children, parents, grandparents). Family reunions are limited to once per year.
You may not rent at resident rates for non-resident relatives or events intended for profit. Appeals may be made to the Township Board.
Hall Rules and Cleanup
- Absolutely NO PARKING in front of the fire department.
- Do not use nails, staples, or thumbtacks for decorations. Tape only. Do not decorate the bar.
- Tables and chairs are stored in the storage room through double doors between the restrooms by the bar.
- Keep all doors closed when air conditioning is running.
- After events, take down decorations and sweep and mop the floor.
- Wipe off all tables and chairs. Leave them set up. Place any broken chairs by the stage wall.
- Clean the kitchen and return dishes and utensils to their proper place. Leave broken items on the counter.
- Provide your own dish towels, garbage bags, and containers for leftover food.
- Turn off the kitchen fan and all lights (kitchen, bathrooms, storage area) before leaving.
